  Massive Plunge in Number of New JW Congregations from 1990 to 2014

  I know if I was an elder per se, and I was instructed to destroy evidence, that would bother me and make me feel bad. I would be doing something like this the rank and file would not know about. I would be doing something behind the rank and file back(s), whom the people I thought was shepparding, looking after and befriending.

  That is how I guess it would feel wrong.

  i was just thinking that the org has said lots of outrageous things over it's history and most jws just continue onward without a second thought.

  so my question is what do you think would have to be said from the platform or wt to get people to get up and walk out immediately?

  Yeah, some statement from the GB that the WT is in receivership, bankrupt. I doubt the rank and file would buy it thought and keep doing their thing.

  Liquidation sale of RBC assets

  got this very interesting email last night and i thought i'd share it.. this is from the local rbc.. "in harmony with our new ldc form we have been asked by the branch to liquidate all current assets of used tools and materials once owned by the rbc.

  you are invited to visit the equipment trailers to acquire items being liquidated by the rbc asset team, these items will be offered on a first come bases with voluntary donation.

  if you see any item you like please be in position to take it with you at that time, after you return to your congregation then you will make a donation of cash or check in the congregation contribution box designated for the support of the worldwide work.

  notice what is increasing is not the average publisher count, according to the above watchtower quote to spin the bethel downsizing, but the work.

  The rank and file have to be told that the preaching work is increasing. The just can never be told otherwise, it would cause doubting and great dissent. Kind of like a slow exodus.

  True. I believe some people are really starting to squirm!!! That over-the-top memo to the Elders of the Borg in May of 2014 which by in laaaaaaarge part the rank and file have no idea what it is about.

  I mean the part about only keeping $5000.00 in the bank accounts and everything over and above sent in to the society. The KH mortgage loan forgiving must seem like a true blessing, when it could not be further from the truth. In other words it is a perpetual monthly donation going to more KHs per se.

  I do not know how many of the rank and file are aware of the suspension of the KH construction. And likely a very small limited few amount know about the $5000.00 maximum bank limit imposed by the Borg.

  The Elders all know about this, it has to be noteworthy if their consciences do not bother them. I am sure it does not bother them. Sad that the rank and file do not know about all of this crafty underhandedness.

  Why do people follow demonstrably False Prophets?

  why does everyone just turn a blind eye to the false teachings of the watchtower?

  the bible warns us many times and in many ways not to follow false prophets - including the lake of fire.

  fundamentally why do the followers of the watchtower just ignore the very bible they claim to live by?.

  I know that elders go on all-weekend courses to condition them for situations like these. They are shown videos and demonstrations to control their thoughts when these things like **destroying documents** come up.

  They really do feel that they are the blessed-ones and above the Law. Remember the Borg is very cleverly cunning on mind control, even such when it comes to **obeying the Borg** over the Law of the Courts.

  Even every JW feels the same way. They believe when that pipe dream of the World Governments shuts down religion, that the preaching work should continue. That is how every JW thinks from a very indoctrinated age, and I just cannot see any Elder being different. Perhaps even MORE SO, indoctrinated!!!

  So they need so many KHs built, right!! Well how does the sudden cry for KH mortgages forgiven May of 2014 with the congregations sending in all money but $5000.00 justify itself.

  RBC fire sale of tools now to LDC, where is all the money going!!! IF they need so many KHs going, they should be on a building frenzy not on a fire sale of tools and moratorium of KH projects.

  Hmm. If this is true, it is very disturbing. Did you know that destroying evidence which is admissible in court is a criminal offense.

  If elders are knowingly destroying evidence which is admissible as evidence they are technically committing a criminal offense. They are just as indictable for destroying evidence.

  ;We all must be ready to obey instructions we may receive whether they seem strategic from a human standpoint or not;

  That statement I guess applies to EVERYTHING, even going above the law, to obey instructions that trump the Law of the Courts, the REAL Judicial system. WOW!!!
